This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on carolgooding.com (the "Site") for books, eBooks, or audiobooks ("Products"). Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Fulfillment Through Amazon

Orders placed on the Site are automatically routed into our fulfillment ecosystem in partnership with Amazon. Once an order is placed, it is submitted for fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled, except as set out in Section 2 below. Because fulfillment is coordinated through Amazon, delivery of physical Products may in some cases take up to thirty (30) days, particularly during periods of high order volume or logistical delays.

2. Physical Books

As orders are submitted automatically for fulfillment, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for a change of mind once an order has been placed. However, if you receive a book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@carolgooding.com within [X] days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Where a refund is approved, please allow thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days for processing, as refunds must be coordinated with our fulfillment partner, Amazon. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory return, refund, or cancellation right you may have under applicable law, which will apply to the extent required regardless of the terms above.

3. Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law or in cases of a defective file. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital Product, please contact us and we will assist you.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at support@carolgooding.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, where applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.
